We can assist Buyers and Sellers with your Real Estate needs in our beautiful corner of Norteast Iowa. We offer a complete line Real Estate services from beginning to the closing and will hike with you through woodlands or farms, guide you through details needed to create a new acreage /homestead and can work with your client needs even if you reside a long distance from our area. We can send out options, maps and listings by mail, include a DVD / CD of photos for listings if you have limited / slow internet access, or communicate by email to narrow down your home / acreage / farm selections you wish to tour and visit.
We have recently taken continuing education classes on Short-Sales and Bill Stoen, as the Broker, has a designation of a Certified Short-Sale Professional. This may be an option for someone that could be facing a foreclosure in the near future. A home classified as a Short-Sale can also be of interest to a Buyer / investor. Most Short-Sales will ONLY WORK if there is a Buyer out there that can close on a home with little or no Buyer Contingencies within an offer and has the patience to allow us to gather all the paperwork together needed for Short-Sale approval from a bank.
