Hi, When we started to look for a home in the area we were referred to Bill Stoen at Decorah Iowa Realty. He took the time to find out what we were really looking for in a home- not just the price range and found several homes for us to look at. We felt that due to his careful research, we didn't waste a lot of time looking at houses that were not right for us. Once we found "the house" he guided us through the paperwork and all the other details. He was tremendously patient and always got back to us promptly with answers. Bill, Please accept this letter as an overdue “Thank You”. I want you to know how appreciative we are for your patience and assistance in purchasing our acreage, in spite of our delay in sending this letter. It is interesting to note that after looking at a lot of different acreages over the last couple of years, we ended up purchasing one of the first we looked at.
